General Purpose containers
A freight container, totally enclosed and weatherproof, with a rigid roof, rigid side walls, and floor, having at least one of its end walls equiped with doors and intended to be suitable for the transport of cargo of the greatest possible variety.
This is by far the most common type of container. It is suitable for the carriage of most types of “Dry” goods, including those packed in boxes, cartons, cases, bags, bales, pallets, drums etc...
With some adjustments and adequate loading/unloading equipment, this type of container may also be used for certain types of bulk cargo.

Compared to fixed-end type, collapsible flatracks have end walls that fold. The flushfolding collapsible flatrack, the most sophisticated of its types has end walls which fold flush with the base.

Flatracks are dedicated for the carriage of heavy, bulky as well as over height and/ or over width items. They also permit the stacking of several empty containers into one 'bundle' for empty repositionning. Their base is often designed to transport heavy material. Some flats are 45T tested.

The flatracks with collapsible ends also permit the transportation of over length cargo.

40'-45' Pallet Wide units were specifically designed with the 1.2 m Euro pallet in mind.
The equipment, with its 2.45 m internal width, ensures optimum utilization of space. Shippers benefit by being able to load 5 additional 1.2mx0.8m euro pallets than in a standard ISO 45 ft container (or additional 1.2x1m pallets).
Total per tier =33 euro pallets in a pallet wide i.o. 27 euro pallets in a standard ISO 45ft containers (or 24 x 1.2x1m i/o 21)
These containers are in compliance with the UE regulations.
Financially speaking, this additional capacity can reduce through distribution costs by 15% on more. Such optimal utilization, with the avoidance of broken stows, prevents cargo movement. This may remove the need for the securing of cargo and so improves dispatch times whilst also reducing the cost of product packaging.

The Autotainer, a cargo container specially designed for the motor industry

A flat-bed container that can ship up to 4 vehicles, with easy and highly secure loading and unloading on ramps. As a result, shipments can be made directly from your plants to your distribution hubs with no need for bulk breaking.

A real asset for your automotive supply chain:

  • Easy to use, with no need to dismantle vehicles
  • Suitable for multimodal transportation
  • Door-to-door service

Garment-ready: a container for apparel cargo shipments made-to-measure for the textile industry

Standard containers fitted with hangers to ship your textiles cargo are an ideal solution for fragile (suits, silk, leather) apparel to your distribution hubs. This approach simplifies and accelerates your supply chain.

Key strengths of the Garment-Ready container:

  • Better conditions for textiles cargo shipments than with standard packaging,
  • An optimized cargo packing and unpacking process that saves time and cuts shipping costs,
  • Less time required for ironing once the shipment reaches its destinatio ,
  • Collections get to market more rapidly.

We offer you two solutions. You can select the technique that best suits your needs:

Heavy garments with low creasing potential

  • Technical standard string
    20’ = 220 pieces / 40’= 440 pieces
Max pay load per bar : 300 kg
  • Strap (for super heavy payload)
    20’= 165 pieces// 40’= 330 pieces
Max pay load per bar : 500 kg

Fragile garments with high creasing potential

The garment is directly hung to the bars at bar system, so no strings are needed.

Technical standard 2-tier cross bar per container
20’ = 11 bars per tier 40’ = 22 bar per tier
Max payload per bar: 200 kg

Innovative, planet-friendly containers

Our new containers have a floor made of bamboo, a plant that grows more rapidly and can be harvested after 4 to 7 years rather than the 60 years required for the tropical timber traditionally used.

A light-steel container generation using highly resilient steel enables us to save 500 kg per tare for a high-cube cargo container, leading to a saving of 1 to 2 tons of fuel per day for a 10,000 TEU ship, for example. That translates into 3 to 6 tons fewer carbon emissions for cargo shipments.

Our refrigerated containers use a low-consumption technology that cuts electricity consumption by two-thirds. That reduces carbon emissions and can save tons of fuel over the course of journeys.

Our containers use next-generation connectivity that can continuously monitor your cargo when- and wherever it is. Our Smart dry container solution helps optimize your operations and cuts the operating costs arising from your cargo shipments.
